What I always feared has happened to me. What I dreaded has come true. I have no peace, no quietness. I have no rest.
Job 3:25-26
Job’s inner life was one riddled with fear. He was living in fear, harboring wrong beliefs, nursing wrong thoughts, declaring wrong speech, and projecting wrong expectations.
Proverbs 4:23 urges us to guard our hearts from the wrong thoughts, energy and expectations. Proverbs 15:4 says that a curative tongue is a tree of life. The tongue that speaks God’s Word is a wholesome tongue and it is a tree of life. Psalms 15:1-1-3 tells us that speaking the truth from sincere hearts will ensure that we enjoy the fullness of God wherein there is safety.

Safety lies nowhere else but in the truth of God’s Word. Think of and hold on to the truth in your heart through meditation as encouraged by Joshua 1:8. He who thinks and holds safety in his heart is he who enjoys safety.
Any man that speaks in alignment with the Word of God is able to control, define and determine his destiny. When you speak in line with the Word then you’re a perfect man. Why? Because you’re speaking in line with God. You’re speaking what heaven has already said. You’re in sync with heaven. Wow! That is perfection. That is in line with divine design.
God told Moses to build according to pattern, what pattern? The pattern revealed to him in heaven. Jesus is the pattern. Jesus is the Word. The word is the pattern. When you hold the truth of God’s Word in your heart and keep speaking it out of your mouth, you’re building according to pattern. God can then call you perfect, because you’re in agreement with your divine destiny. Hallelujah!
