And the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.”

Luke 4:3 NKJV

The ability to meet your needs is not proof that you are a son of God, neither is the presence of unmet needs and unresolved challenges a sign that you are not a child of God. Your circumstance, good or bad, is not what defines your standing with God. The Word of God is the authentic and valid evidence of who you are. You don’t need to prove your sonship, you only need to accept and believe His Word concerning you.

“I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.

Psalms 2:7 NKJV.

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:

John 1:12 NKJV.

Don’t let the devil point to anything physical in your life as a stigma with the aim of undermining your right standing with God, or as an evidence that you are not blessed, or as a proof that the Word is not true in your life. Don’t run with physical evidence, stay with the Word even when all the physical evidence suggest otherwise.

The Word of God remains consistent no matter the circumstances and everything is subject to the Word. When the devil points to your bank account declare to him it is written. When the devil wages war of sight, you take on the sword of the Spirit and wrestle on the grounds of faith.

May everyday of the rest of this year bring unto you victory after victory by the revelation of divine truth  in Jesus’ name.
