Those who will overcome are:

  1. Those who fear not, who will not be afraid, fearful or terrified: The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident (Psalms 27:1-3 NKJV).
  2. Those who live in the consciousness of His presence – “thou art with me”: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. (Psalms 23:4 NKJV). You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (I John 4:4 NKJV). So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them” (II Kings 6:16 NKJV).
  3. Those who have set the Lord before them: I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved (Psalms 16:8 NKJV).
  4. Those who have their minds are stayed on him.
  5. Those who have enter their rest in the Lord – “labour to enter into his rest.” Rest of faith and assurance of his word, love, faithfulness, presence, power.
  6. Those who have come to know, understand, appreciate and are courageous to stand in their authority in Christ and be bold to speak to the situation, speak to the mountain, speak to the storm, and put the enemy to flight.
  7. Those who are strong in the Lord.

A victorious believer is he who will not yield to pressure to compromise like Joseph; who will not waver at the promise through unbelief like father Abraham; who will stand in the consciousness of their covenant in Christ Jesus like David.
