So teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

Psalms 90:12

The above scripture is a call to daily reflection on how we spend our day. It is never too early in the year to begin to take stock, as a matter of fact this is the best time. If you’re able to determine where your day goes, your week goes then you can determine where your year goes. Don’t wake up in December and begin to blame 2026 while waiting for 2027. Take control of your year by taking control of your day/week.

My dearest ones please let us take stock now, lest we get stuck later. If you do a proper stock taking you will be able to apply your heart unto wisdom. You don’t have to attend all events, be guided and intentional. Go where value is being added to you. Engage in things and with people that improve your life and fulfil your dream.

Disconnect from relationships that are taking you nowhere, lest you begin to pray fire-brigade prayers in September – “God of miracle! I must marry this year,” meanwhile you’ve wasted precious time with someone going nowhere with you.

How long will you put off that dream, that training, that idea? 3 years ago you said next year, last year you said this year. Last week you said this week. Start now, start small and stay consistent. There are no shortcuts to progress. If you don’t start you won’t arrive.
