I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
Psalms 32:8 NKJV
Thinking “How shall these things be?” Seeing I don’t have what it takes? How will I get there from here? Knowing I don’t have the connections. Faced with choosing between two goods, don’t know which is better? In the midst of life’s critical decision? Don’t know where to turn? Deadlines staring you in the face, but don’t have an answer? Being pulled in different directions, pressured to compromise?
God is committed to fulfilling His Word to you. He said “I WILL instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I WILL guide you with my own eye.” Wow! Absolutely awesome!!
“I WILL” is the strongest expression of commitment. It is total self-committal. It is bringing all you are to bear on an issue. All that God is, has been brought to bear on your matter. The God of all the earth is committed to you.
His commitment to you is not based on your good deeds but on His sworn, irrevocable Love for you. Even when you fail yourself and everything seems to be going crazy in your life, trusted people becoming unpredictable, proven system failing, you can count on His sworn love for you.
“’Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,’ says the Lord, who has compassion on you” (Isaiah 54:10 NIV).
Can you just thrust everything into His hands and trust Him to bring you out of the woods into a glorious testimony. He will guide you through it. “You will hear a voice behind you saying this is the way walk in it.” His Love for you is eternally unconditional.
You will never be stranded. You will never be put to shame. You’re coming out better, stronger and victorious in Jesus name.
