The end of a thing is better than its beginning; the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
Ecclesiastes 7:8 NKJV
How you end this year matters a lot to how next year will be for you. Therefore, it’s time to objectively evaluate the things that are important. Where were you this time last year in your spiritual life, relationships, career, family, health, finances, etc.? It is often said that your network is your net worth, therefore, is your network increasing both in quality and quantity? Are you getting better with people or poorer with people?
What major life lessons have you learnt, because if you’re not learning, you’re not growing and if you’re not growing you’re likely to keep going in the same circle. Did you just survive the things you went through (the challenges, the mistakes, setbacks, lost opportunities, broken relationships etc.) or did you evolve through the things you went through? Who have you become? Ultimately, who we have become and the major values we imbibe are what set us apart over time. Who have you become? In all of your experiences in 2024, what major life lessons did you learn?
