He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

Romans 8: 32-34 NKJV

We often forget that our salvation came free on the platter of God’s love to an undeserving us. Why do we now think we have to earn His promises and all He has already done for us in His death and resurrection. 

When we received Christ, every other thing came as fringe benefits with Him: holiness, purity, love, power, joy, acceptance before the Father, health, wealth, righteousness, success, favor, greatness, gifts of the spirit, protection, freedom from fear and curses, power and authority over Satan and the kingdom of hell all came with the package. We don’t earn it and we can’t earn it. It’s a free gift of God.

Look away from yourself, you can never be good enough for it, it’s the free gift of God. In Christ you’re good enough and qualified to receive it, but in yourself, NO. As long as you keep focusing on yourself, the devil will keep using guilt and condemnation to rob you of your access to the provisions of God for you in Christ.
