See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

Ephesians 5:15-17

Take hold of August from day one by ensuring that you live each day on purpose and intentionally with focus and passion, not aimlessly wandering through life, just taking whatever life brings your way. Know what the will of God for your life is, have a dream, set goals with deadlines, understand the seasons of your life (season of preparation, learning, growing, investing your time and resources) and live deliberately, taking advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.

When you understand the will of God for your life and you are discerning or thoughtful enough to know the season you are in, you will become intentional in your approach to life and choice of friends. Your use of time will be deliberate and targeted.

Elijah asked Gehazi, “Is it time to receive gifts?” There was nothing wrong with receiving gift but Gehazi’s timing was wrong. Let me ask you, “What time is it in your life?”

Naturally speaking, we are in August, the beginning of a new month. What dream has God planted in your heart? What do you see in the remaining days of 2020? If you don’t have a dream, spend some time in His presence and don’t come out until you have a dream to live for, an idea to pursue and a project to embark upon. This is the time to begin to lay the foundations of what you want to see in August, September …December. 

Know what the will of God is, be intentional, avoid distractions and stay consistent.

I declare wisdom of God over you, you are surrounded with destiny helpers, your hand will be steady, your steps will be sure, your mind will be sharp and your life will BLOOM in Jesus name. August 2020 will be your best month so far in Jesus name.
